MSC 5.0 Corrections for OST v1.08 1.08

This is an update for the Wendin Operating System Toolbox that Wendin released on 3/8/1988 to allow the OST v1.08 source code to be compiled using Microsoft C v5.0. It includes a utility to remove the CPM EOF marker in the source code files and updates to a few source files that generate errors in MSC 5.0. Also includes two makefiles for building the OST and the simple example shell.
