How to run Olivetti Unix System 2.4.1 System V R.4.0 [message #4840]

Hallo! I am new here and try to run Olivetti Unix System with qemu-kvm on Linux.
I created from the two original Startup disks (floppy 1,44M). I tried it to
install Olivetti-Unix at a hdd-image.
But:
I lost the tape.
Where can i get a image from the tape to install Olivetti-System complete?
