One of the dot on the screen was missing so I had to go through much of the program to find the mistake.

I've been working hard on updating my system with the core of DOS where possible so I can continue to use Borland.

Jesus! If it wasn't for my two hard working parents I'd be living on the streets today. I remember the days when I thought I was a know it all. I went out on my own and said I don't need my two parents. Boy, was I wrong. Shortly going out on my own I ended up sleeping on the sidewalk. There was even a day that I slept on the church parking lot during the rain if I'm not mistaken. That was almost 20 years ago. I can't believe it has been that long. Time has passed me by and I'm no where near accomplished. Much has happened in the past however I feel like I'm standing still. It's been 2 whole years since I started my programming seriously yet I still feel like I'm a beginning student who's nothing under my belt. I always wish I'm this selftaught talented GURU who gets paid doing what I enjoy. However like all other profession you have to put in your time. The only person who's gonna pay you for learning is your two parents. They want you to succeed because when they are old they are going to need you to be the one who picks up around the house.

Anyways, I've been looking through my backup discs and thankfully found a few backups that I needed. I lost my password so I had to reinstall my OS. Without the backup discs I would have to get another computer. So thanks dad for advising me to always backup.

I got a few OS up and running. Windows Vista, Windows 8, and Snow Leopard. Oh........almost forgot Windows XP. So four operating systems on my 1 single computer. hehe

I like them all. Each has its own flavour. XP still allows DOS style programs to run. Windows Vista gives it that classic feel since it was built for business. Windows 8 is modern enough for me. Snow Leopard is just robust. So all together I would say they all do the same job. I get to program DOS. Each system has its own feel.

Make sure you do your backups regularly. Just recently I got hit by 3 viruses in a row. You never know where they come from now a days. If you buy a computer try to get one with a DVD drive so you can make a backup to your DVD discs. It is very important that you have a backup of your operating system. Otherwise the virus could wipe out your backup partition and you can't even restore it even if you have that special button that's supposed to restore it back to Windows 10. Viruses can do that you know. Just because it's on another partition doesn't mean it's immune to viruses.

I called upon GOD, my The LORD of all hosts, many years ago! They say, according to The Holy Bible anyways, that those who run to The Name of The LORD are saved! Well I've seeen too many miracles in my life to doubt in the existance of GOD!

I placed the word of our Heavenly Father "GOD" in cursive at the bottom right hand corner. When you press the C key the letters changes colors. There is a star that appears when you hit the ball just right. Also, Bless my real mom Huong Thi Thuyen Vu. I didn't tell you that if you bump into the flattened INRI it lights up the cross.

Well one of the techniques that I use is so useful to me that I think it deserves credit at least one time in one of my software. I call it the "Allen Pilgrim Tripple Buffer Technique". It was shortly after I heard his interview that I got the inspiration to go and do work trying to find out how to program it. By grace one day GOD showed me in a vision how it works. However I believe that I wouldn't have come into it has it not been for Allen Pilgrim.

Of course Honours:

my real mom Huong Thi Thuyen Vu (she continues to support me)
my real dad Nguyen Binh Thuy (originally got me the first computer)

Congratulations:

my real sister Nguyen Khoa Thuyen (graduated from University)
my real sister Nguyen Khoa Thi (helped me out in California)

Blessings: my real mom.

However highest blessings goes to:
GOD
the saviour of all people
The Holy Spirit
Mary (mother of GOD)

My real big cousin: Carl Vu

Also, thank you to zero A.D.

Amen.

Well I've been working diligently on my methods for smooth pixel movements across the screen. It is done now however I was just tidying up some routines. Now it should be more robust. This program shows a row and column of "Jesus!" that could change colors. There is a "GOD" letting in cursive#

I'm looking over a possible glitch. Right now everything seems okay however you can't be too sure. So don't count on my softwares to be free from defect. BUT I give all glories to Jesus Christ just in case my softwares is perfect!

Just recently I've found a few bugs in my programs. So I'm NOT the King of Programming that I know of. I'm a failure of the highest status in my own eyes.

Well this program uses a special technique to transfer graphics. It could be called Quad-Bufferring hehe You've heard of double buffering then the new standard triple buffering. Now it's the Quad (4) Bufferrings. In essence it combines different screens together into one whole. So you have 4 screens that are being worked on at once; Well almost at the same time it's done.

I'm just having fun right now not really. I'm totally tired because I spent 24 hours backing up my entire computer. It took me like 59 CDs to backup my entire one partition that contains Windows and all my work files. I nodded with my eyes sleeping a couple times. I did take maybe 3 naps between. However it was 24 hours of straight backups. I just wanted to get it done with. You know the external harddrive can be magnetically wiped. So I had to backup to CD so the laser etches the information in permanently.

Well you never know if Microsoft will ever stop giving you an activation for your software that has been hard earned. So what I decided was to backup my activated Windows just in case. So imagine you get a virus 1000 years into the future. You are still dirt poor. Well you're in luck because you don't have to keep up with the Jones. hehe You can just take out your rusty old backup set of say Microsoft Windows Vista in 32bit flavour and after a brief restore period you're back in business without re-activating! Well that is in the case that Microsoft will be out of business in the future. However if they still keep activing your softwares like Microsoft Office 2003 for Word Excel etc then they're a pretty profitable company somehow. So far last month I was able to re-activate my 2003 softwares on their server. So Microsoft continues to support their 2003 softwares at least through re-activation.

Well I have a bit of an idea of what I should make next. However I don't know if I want to do all the work. hehe So far 2242 lines of coding. DOSBox has like 50000 lines of coding. So I'm small mom and pop programming. hehe GOD probably has infinity lines of coding for our genes so I'm like the lowest of the low that you can't get any lower in programming Vietnam and chess. hehe

Content: Well with people wanting your source codes so bad now adays my programs a little lacking.

Well I was working on my software when suddenly it stopped working the way it should. You know you don't have a private life now a days so all your hard work is stolen. Well at least the ones that are of super significant importance and special are stolen from you. But you know the law of Moses and Jesus Christ. GOD gives you in return something equal or 10 times better than what they took from you hehe

So today I come out with a basic template. It is not much compared to the one that got lost but I know GOD will reward me for taking someone who messed with me.

Well there's sad news. My 100 year old grandmother passed away. She said her body was starting to break down. And she told me she would rather GOD give her peace in Heaven. Jesus Christ! I know she's in a better place. Mary watch over us# Thank you to The Holy Spirit for letting me know my grandmother is fine up there and happy in Heaven.

I don't know if I have much strength to keep on programming. However I just name this program to a word my grandmother always teaches me.

I, Nguyen Khoa Tien, had recently told you here on www.VetusWare.org that my grandmother was 100 when she passed away in hopes that it would give hope to others. However I now don't want to give false hope so I'm deciding to tell the truth. Either this year of last year she told me she was 87 years old. One of my softwares either on www.DOSGAMES.com or www.classicdosgames.com has the information scrolling sometime in the program.

A few cool routines thanks to GOD's inspiration. There's a new key you can use now (letter c). It changes the screen color and fills it. Then the ball and crucifix can reveal what's underneath.

Well it's been a little ride. I'm just a brand new kid on the block. I have the rest of my life and yet never make it. Oh well you know what they say. Keep trying. Maybe eternal lifetimes from now you might be worthy of good. hehe

That's okay. I know I'm a failure. I didn't find the career of my choice until about 2 years ago. Even now I continue to find ways to support my family. So it's not all finish yet.

Thank you Jesus Christ at least I may do a little something in programming so my family is secure on a daily basis forever.

Amen.

So I'm not a winner, but at least when I die GOD gave me someone I love and that loves me back. Thank you GOD 0 A.D. for that and most important of all for GOD himself.

In the meantime I continue to have at least a week left before my grandma is properly relieved. Her memories will always be with me.

When I was 10 years old I would come home to grandma and grandpa. They would make me these delicious grandparent stuffs.

In this DEMO I've been working for a couple of hours on ray tracing. Given any two points it will trace out a path like a car going from point A to point B. That's the easy part since it's been done before in higher level languages. However thanks to GOD 0 A.D. I've done it all in assembly language. It is pure 100% assembly language.

For DEMO purposes please move The Holy Crucifix anywhere you would like. When you are ready please press the lowercase C-key. The approximate path will be plotted for you.

My grandma would be proud of me today. I was able to calculate the exact path from point A to point B in all assembly language. Initially the problem was that assembly language didn't account for the remainder portion of a formula. You know that fraction part that comes after the dot on the right side of the whole number. Well at least indirectly it could not account for it. However using what was available GOD gave me the gift to take the fraction part into consideration. When you move The Holy Crucifix around it would currently calibrate itself to the topleft portion of the crucifix. Centering it would be a little work however possible. At first I thought it would not be possible however GOD gave me the insight while I was sleeping.

Addendum: There is according to the formula a slight gap with the laws of infinity or something like that. I didn't understand it until I started programming it. I remember using the formula in higher level languages and it also produced the same effect in the middle or on the corner. I believe at that time it was on the corner. Anyways it works mostly hehe

So just move The Holy Crucifix anywhere you want and press the lowercase-C when you want to calibrate the line from the center.

Thank you.

Here is a sprite for you. Just now I've been able to immediately recalculate to the heart of the crucifix. Enjoy! Thank you GOD 0 A.D.

Well the formula taking infinity into consideration is valid. However to compensate I'm filling in the gaps. Technically you shouldn't see the line however to make it make sense it looks like a line. hehe Anyways when you place the crucifix and press the c key the lines are no longer sporadic. It is one continuous line.

Jesus Christ! Bless Jesus Christ, GOD, Mary, and The Holy Spirit.

Obviously GOD created all of us so we must give all credits to him!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bless my real mom Huong Thi Thuyen Vu

She raised me from in her stomach and she is continuing to take care of all the little details#

Honours to my real mom again because she deserves a return on her investment.

Honours to my real dad Nguyen Binh Thuy because he guided me to programming.

P.S. It is all in assembly language.

Well this technology has been done before in special effects of photos flipping pages etc. and such. However it is the first time I personally am doing it. It is neat. I like it. Others may find it boring however I take a special interest in programming. I always want to increase my skills at my own rate. You know like a baby who grows only so much each month. No matter how much you force it the baby cannot be stretched to the moon. What you can do is allow GOD's perfect creation to mold himself or herself. So my software is growing each day in a special affect way thanks to GOD through his only son Jesus Christ who died 0 A.D. for all people.

Content: Thank you Jesus Christ.

In this program I've updated it to shine a ray of rainbow-ish colors and reveal a special affect underneath the main page. It is the worst possible program so past present and future, but GOD says listen to your two parents and you will succeed. Jesus Christ! Bless GOD, Jesus Christ, Mary, and The Holy Spirit#!! Mom always tells me to keep practicing and dad says even when you are too old.

Back in the days this software would be running on a 4.77 MHz 8086 Intel chip.

I'm going back to the basics with a few formulas. I'm trying to tweak the formula to show in all 4 quadrants. So far it works in 1 quadrant. There are a possible of up to 8 directions. It's hard to explain but this will allow a few special affects in the future. Praise be to GOD in the name of the highest Jesus Christ! If you run the program you will notice a diagonal line. This is not so special to the average observer. However the thing is it is calculating the upper left half based only upon a given formula for the bottom right half. So it really does not know anything about the upper left section.

My real mom Huong Thi Thuyen Vu continues to be supporting me to this day. I'm an overgrown 42 year old man yet my real mom has to take perfect care of me. I hope one day I can gain enough experience programming to finally be able to take perfect care of my own family like my real mom Huong Thi Thuyen Vu is doing forever thanks to GOD through Jesus Christ, Mary, and The Holy Spirit!

Content: Thank you Jesus Christ.

In this program there is a slight INTRO to how the special affect would be made. If you notice it could now carry the object in this case letter A diagonally. So the formula we worked on earlier all in assembly language now takes place.

That's just the beginning of how a formula may be incorporated to do special works.

Thanks to my real dad Nguyen Binh Thuy I am a programmer today.

Thanks to my real sisters Nguyen Khoa Thuyen and Nguyen Khoa Thi my education continues at home.

Well I hopefully will have Nguyen Khoa Tuyet born to me one day in the distant future; She is my pride and joy of my life.

My wife Ho Thi Nga well I just have to take care of all of my immediate family one day.
