Well it's a little bit of progress. Not much compared to mathematica from my college days. Mathematica has like tens of thousands of formulas or something rather. However my small progress here is a working progress. I was able to calculate any angle of travel using a formula I made myself. It is basic algebra and the hard part is that it is all in assembly language. The angle calculations that I made took about 800 lines of assembly coding to make. So the simple movement of the A in the angle I have predefined took about 800 lines alone. The reason is you can set up the angle of the A movement to be any angle.

Thanks to my wonderful and loving two parents: Nguyen Binh Thuy and Huong Thi Thuyen Vu

Also, to my two sisters for showing they can also do something more than me: Nguyen Khoa Thi and Nguyen Khoa Thuyen

Of course the main credits goes to GOD since GOD made all people; I wouldn't be around if it weren't for him!

Hopefully one day I can get married officially to my crush: Ho Thi Nga

Maybe I will have a daughter I plan to name: Nguyen Khoa Tuyet

Anyways the formula is complete for my purposes so far.

The extraction formula only works for 1 direction right now instead of all 8; I just don't feel like another 1000 lines hehe.

"At least not now..."

Well I'm nobody special and I try to make my family and friends proud of me! I'm just getting back to things because my grandma just passed away really recently within 2 weeks ago. It is exactly 2 weeks and 7 hours and 30 minutes since my grandma's passing. Well give or take a few. hehe So I'm sorry my programs a piece of nothing new and all that. You get the idea.

hehe It's going to take a while to complete the lettering and such. hehe However my routine is complex. It is using a lot of resources. If you don't run it in 32bit XP it's going to be slow. My Vista just got an upgrade to run in fullscreen mode and it is so fast you don't even get to see it fly in! hehe The standard is DOSBox 0.74; That's where regular MS-DOS speed happens. DOSBox 0.74 is set to about 3000 cycles for my usual development. I sometimes speed it up to max cycles however the special affects are messed up and not smooth like I would like. 32bit XP is fine so far on maybe 2GHz hardware.

Okay this was another hard day at work. It took me like a whole day to think and ponder upon this. Then it took me another whole day to get ready and down to work. This work involves rotating an image 90 degrees right in assembly language; nothing more.

Well this is a technique I've learned long ago thanks to GOD 0 A.D.

If you are even a little into MS-DOS and choose to use an emulator like DOSBox 0.74 you are in luck. Create a new directory and place your downloaded DOS softwares into there. Each time you have a new DOS software you want to try out just do the same thing. Then mount the new directory as a harddrive. This way the malware/virus *thinks* it is infecting a real harddrive. When you are done playing with the softwares unmount the harddrive. For example:

In DOS you would type:

md mydir

Then in your DOSBox 0.74 type:

mount c c:\mydir
c:

This changes mydir to a harddrive letter c.

Remember to give GOD 0 A.D. the glory for saving you from all sorts of virus etc.

Well in this work we have rotation by 180 degrees. It takes an section and rotates it 180 degrees.

In our work we build upon our routines so that we can make use of it later. Like with all things we people cannot predict the future. ONLY GOD 0 A.D. KNOWS ALL#!!

God, Jesus Christ, is number one.

Well today is my little favourite cousin Tido's birthday. Actually I think all my cousins are my favourite cousins. hehe I wish I could do something for them.

Here is a work in progress for a new rotation mechanism. The work is actually finish however implementing it is the next part to show how it is accomplished. A little sample so far is you can see it rotates a section of the screen from the top left to the bottom.

Well this is an *attempted* implementation of the rotation routine in assembly. In C it is easily done using sine and cosine. I am trying to use a simpler method to calculate the degrees. Anyways it is easier said that it is easy than it is to actually code it hehe. Anyways You should notice it tried to rotate the upperleft section at the bottom section. You might be able to barely make out the word "Jesus Christ". A little more tweaking needs to be done however it is most done for now.

In this one I've tried to tweak a few subtle details that are difficult to find. Previously there was a leak of sorts in the routine. A few have been patched up. Next I will look into the borders to see how I can cover the borders during one of the spin sequence.

Well through the grace of GOD 0 A.D. I've completed a tentative stars system! With a little tweaking it should be fast and flexible like my parents would have wanted. In the time being it is just the basics. Just press quit in the beginning to bypass the stars screen. Thank you always. Obviously GOD 0 A.D. gets the full entire glories#

I've become a little obsessive compulsive about my programming. So now I'm taking a bit of a break. Actually I think MS-DOS 6.22 is so cool that I've come out with a software for it. It's called pix.com and all it does is return power to the user. So take control of MS-DOS 6.22 and be the master for the rest of your life and run it! Come on. What can it hurt? It is only 1 byte in size. A virus can't be that small can it? hehe I take no responsibilities for what goes on in your life after you run the program. I blame it all on Jesus Christ.

Here is a listing from eBay good for another day. Everything looks good for the age. For $19 you can't beat the deal. Borland Turbo Assembler is worth at least 5 times the price alone by itself brand new. In fact I do 50% of all my work with Borland Turbo Assembler. I have both 2.5 and 4.1. This is a listing for 2.0 it looks like.

P.S.

If you want the other 50% for free you can go to http://edn.embarcadero.com/article/20841 to grab your Borland Turbo C 2.01 if they still have it. You see Borland Turbo Assembler is for speed for processor intensive application development. Borland Turbo C 2.01 is for flexibility and higher level language work that require more complex tasks like mathematical formulas etc. I combine both for maximum affect. However you should really talk to embarcadero for their Borland Turbo C 2.0 professional package. That package includes both Borland Turbo Assembler 2.0 and Borland Turbo C 2.0 for a single one time fee. All the money you get from selling your software goes to yourself!

I'm just practicing to keep my skills in shape. I've seen a lot of kung fu movies where the kung fu master trains all their lives in the off season. While everyone is playing around the kung fu master is seen in the background keeping in shape and living a long and happy lives. That is why they are call master instead of just student!

I was reading a gofundme campaign. It starts off autruistic enough like all endeavours good intentions. If not consciously kept in checked you could end up forgetting why you went into it in the first place. If that happens you lose your joy out of life. You lose that something special that kept you alive in the first place. You lose that spark in your life that just makes you want to actually go to your job.

For instance, I've been on www.vetusware.org for going on a year now. When I first got here it was a backup place just in case I get banned for my beliefs as a non-denominational Christian brought up in a Catholic/Buddhist family while doing my job as a programmer on a limited budget waiting for my skills to blossom to the point where I could be attractive to my future dove. Now it has become my sole place to frequent when I want to get limited venting while keeping my skills up to date to remember my "good man" real dad. It has also become a place where my real mom gets a whole lot of praises at least virtual praises along with my two real sisters.

The point I am trying to make is that keep your eyes on Jesus Christ and he will keep your goals where you can hit it!!!!!!!!!!!! Remember the apostle who started to sink when that apostle looked away from God's son? Well Gawd let's get to the point already as kaynight would say. hehe
