I, Nguyen Khoa Tien, solemnly affirm that I receive my official education from my real parents (dad, Nguyen Binh Thuy; mom, Huong Thi Vu). Officially I almost have 2 years from college. I never graduated highschool, nor college. However my friends over at Borland donated Turbo C 2.01 to me last year. All they ever asked of me is that I place their copyright on all my works if possible! And the main credits go to Jesus Christ because God came into a body in human form and the human form name Jesus Christ came to save all people. I have two sisters that I love and I hope they take perfect care of my parents. Nguyen Khoa Thi and Nguyen Khoa Thuyen are wonder people bless through God from my real mom. I know I am not perfect. I have a criminal record everyone knows about. However, I have reformed and they can't do anything to me anymore. The evil people can hate me all they want. However, they know I'm not evil!!!!!!!!!!!! I try hard to be The King Of Programming, and the truth is that I am only in my first years of actual serious work. This program in this attachment is only the beginning of one of the works that are possibly useful to Computer Scientists. The formulas are my own inspired by God#!!

Well, I've been programming quite a bit lately. I guess it's time I'll just say a bit about myself. I enjoy going to Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania. Between 1990 through 1996 has been a wonderful time there learning about computers. Most of my education are there. Then I went to Lafayette College in 1996 for a summer semester. My greater achievement was I took Calculus and got an A. I remember asking a lot of questions and working hard on my studies. I remember buying two thick Calculus books that are different just for clarifications. My professor Art is proud of me and helped out in my learnings.
At L.C.C.C. (Lehigh Carbon Community College), Professor Beth Leppig, Professor Mary Rasley, and Professor Mary Hovik were so generous on me. They gave me so much help that I ended up excelling in computers especially programming.
My two real parents, Nguyen Binh Thuy and Huong Thi Vu, worked hard in USA to send me and my two sisters to school. Although I never finished, I hope I can continue my studies out of school on my own. A lot of kids go to get a 4 year degree at a major College and never end up using it. Well I never finished and hope I keep going on to do great things with my life!
I was never a good student. My strong points are mathematical calculations where I usually get 90% to 100%. Programming comes second. I'm a failure at everything else. Maybe one day I can support myself and make my parents proud of me. If I were a parent I would want only to give to ALL my kids. I don't expect anything from them except for them to grow up and be success people never having to work for anyone. They provide a service for others that are valued and can take care of themselves. When they no longer burden myself or my wife whomever she might be I am happy they could do it all on their own!!!!!!!!!!!!
All my life I've worked to support my family; FROM MY MOM to all my future kids, I've worked all this time to prepare for the future for them. To see them go through what I've been through would be sad for me, but I know they'll get through it. It takes years to grow up and finish the phase where you are a rebel.

Jesus Christ.
Honours to my real dad, Nguyen Binh Thuy, for trying hard to be the one who got a better life for my real mom, Huong Thi Vu, and us 3 kids, Nguyen Khoa Thuyen (youngest), Nguyen Khoa Thi (middle), and Nguyen Khoa Tien (me). Thank you to my real mom Huong Thi Vu; I wish I could somehow take perfect care of her now adays. Thank you to my two real sisters. Many of you would not know this however they're the ones who make me proud they graduated officially and I never didn't.
In this freeware I continue to develop my routines for graphics work. Not only is it able to expand any portion of the graphics screen, it is also able to shrink it!
Thank you God! Although it has been done before in other softwares like Adobe PhotoShop CS2 it is the very first few routines that I am happy I developed on my own without knowing how it was done from others.
I do owe credits for the VGA graphics screen to David Brackeen.
Also, I owe credits to being able to calculate circles to Mrs. Patricia Murphy who is my 9th grade teacher from Holy Name High School.
She taught me the Algebraic computations!!!
Quadko who's name is hidden deserves credit for giving me the gamepad routines.
There are so many others who've helped me out along the way.
