Fonter was designed to fill a gap in current Windows 3.0 programs. Since Windows can use and display many fonts, especially with font scaling software like ATM or FaceLift, it's easy to accumulate enough fonts that you soon forget what you have. I uploaded the original zip file. This is a corrected zip of complete program ready to run. Works fine on XP too. Just put in a directory, unzip into the same directory, and create a desktop shortcut of maltin.exe and run the program.
