Loopcloud is a sample library manager application for windows. 5.3.9 is the last version of loopcloud that included the play and drum VSTs for free and also the ability to include custom sample paths without an active subscription. It cannot be found easily on the web any more. Later versions cut down on these features.

This is the last official copy of Rhapsody V4 that does not require the installation of Helix DRM at launch. There's a drawback though, where you won't have MP3 playback until you copy the codecs from an old version of Rhapsody into the installation folder. For the playback to work again, a hotfix is provided here.
